If you have coverage for routine eye care, please let us know who to bill PRIOR to your exam. Any co-pays, deductibles and items not covered by insurance are your responsibility. Please become knowledgeable about your insurance coverage.
Your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Our relationship is with you, NOT with your insurance company, so payment is ultimately your responsibility. Please understand that although an authorization may have been obtained from your insurance company, there are times when authorizations are given but benefits are not actually available.
