Kevin Tanner, O.D.

Dr. Tanner grew up in Southeast Idaho and attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. After earning a bachelor of science in Zoology and a minor in Chemistry he attended the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. Upon completion of his Doctor of Optometry, he received residency training in Ocular Disease through Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is married to Heather and they have 5 children. He loves providing eye care to the people of sunny Northern Colorado!

Marc Provencher, O.D.

Dr. Provencher graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in Portland, Oregon in 1979. He began his career in the Army and now has over 40 years experience. He really enjoys helping people see better and look great. He takes the time necessary to provide patients with just the right prescription whether it be a contact lens or spectacle. He is always cheerful and upon request can provide you with jokes that will keep you smiling all day. He is married to Margaret and they have two children.

Amman Starr, O.D.

Dr. Starr began his career with the U.S. Army for five years followed by eight years at a private practice in Federal Way, Washington. While in the military, he served a year in Iraq caring for the eyes of deployed soldiers. Just before he joined Premier Family Eyecare he worked three years for ICON Eyecare where he specialized in pre- and post-operative care for refractive surgery (LASIK and PRK) and cataract surgery. He also has extensive experience in dry eye treatment, standard and specialty contact lens care. Dr. Starr enjoys solving problems and establishing long-term relationships with patients. A native of Emporia, Kansas, Dr. Starr earned a degree in Music from Brigham Young University and completed his Doctor of Optometry at Ohio State University. He enjoys playing the violin, singing, hiking, tennis, and participating in church activities. Most of all, he adores his wife Liz and their five children.
